We are very happy with our experience purchasing a new 2009 Toyota Camry LE from Gresham Toyota. We are expecting our first child and wanted a safe, reliable, and roomy family car. We did our research and knew the model, options, and price we wanted to pay when we walked in the door. We were greeted warmly by our salesperson, Merlinda Campus and took a test drive. Linda was polite, professional, and answered all our questions. She never made us feel rushed despite the fact they were closing early. She even had the service guys stay late to prep our car so we could drive it home that day. I was expecting to haggle at least a bit over the price, but that wasn't necessary as the price we were quoted and paid was very reasonable and below the sticker price. I value customer service, especially when making such a large purchase. We are very happy with our new car and very happy with the treatment we received from Linda and everyone at Gresham Toyota.
