I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it. The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknown to me the copy that they kept stated, ""good for 30 days only"" on bottom of page. The copy I received had this statement cut off! When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. Real cute! more
