Our favorite technician (and a trainee) arrived promptly, exactly halfway into the estimated time given. They were professional, clean, courteous and thorough. We had our furnace replaced in 2007, and they've done a great job each time. It's nice to have a local business that does care about its customers and provides top-notch service! more

Nothing but positives about this company! 10/26/2015

I've had a maintenance service contract in place with Gorganc for about 4 years now. They excel at customer service from their office staff to the techs that come to do my annual inspections on my furnace and air conditioner. I started out with a Groupon offer for a furnace check and was introduced to their annual maintenance service at that time. I tried it not knowing if I would stick with it or not. It's been a good option. The few non maintenance items that I've had done were explained, a reasonable cost given to me and the work done in a professional manner. Thank you Gorjanc...I have not dealt with anyone at your firm that isn't top notch! more

Furnace filter and Aprilaire 10/22/2015

Had another company come to repair our Aprilaire humidifier in May. It worked fine for the next few weeks we required heating. In September when we needed our furnace it did not work and the company that fixed it in May said the two month warranty expired. Mark from Gorjanc came to assess the problem. He found there were just a few wires were loose, and fixed it in minutes. We also had an old Sear's electronic air filter which was no longer effective. Mark was able to install a retrofit new filter inside the housing of the old filter system. Overall, the cost for all of the good work was about half of what I thought it might be. Mark was very professional and courteous. Gorjanc is now the company I will use for my future HVAC needs. more

nate came in a timely matter and fix the problem. 10/21/2015

Our brand new air condition and heating unit went out for the third time since 2009, so it is not that old. We decided to go with Gorjanc co. this time for repairs. Nate.. the service rep. came, he figure out the problem, and repaired the problem in a very short time. The company had even call me to say he was running behind, I was just they call so I would not be pacing the the floor looking for him. I really like that, because a lot of companies don't do that they keep you waiting or don't even show up. thanks nate give him a raise. The crew arrive within the time frame promised...they diagnosed the problem and addressed it within the time at my home. the explaination of service and what preventative services were needed was extremely comprehensive and thorough. more

Mark came with a new employee whom he was showing the Gorjanc way of doing the job. Not only did he do a thorough job of cleaning the furnace, he did an excellent job of showing the new employee how to do it. more

Excellent 10/4/2015

The technician performed a furnace inspection very thoroughly. He provided me with detailed readings and explained what each meant. While he was here I asked him to help identify a possible gas leak that I've smelled. He was able to find it and repair the leak. He also checked the hot water heater and found it in working order. He was very knowledgeable and patient. more

Excellent service, period. 10/2/2015

It was the first cold day of the season and sure enough, my furnace was dead and the heat wouldn't turn on. I called GORJANC based solely on their reviews on Angie's List, and within 2 hours I had an HVAC service technician at my house. Mark was the technician who handled my problem. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem with my service in less than 5 minutes. I also mentioned 2 other smaller issues I had --- one with my air conditioning and another with my hot water tank --- and Mark was able to not only completely fix the furnace, but he also fixed the other 2 problems all in less than 3 hours, and that includes the it took for him to go get the parts that needed to be replaced. I was happy to enroll in GORJANC's monthly service plan simply due to the satisfaction of their service, and the peace of mind that my HVAC will be in good hands going forward. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed if they hire GORJANC for their HVAC issues. more

When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that a technician was just finishing up a job in the area and could handle my service need today. Nate was at my home within 30 minutes. I was most impressed with his professional look, as well as his seeming knowledge of exactly what needed to be done and readiness to start. My previous experience was that a technician would come into and leave my home in under a half hour, leaving me wondering what they could have done in so short a time. Nate was at my home for more than one hour, and went over the worksheet in detail with me after he completed the work. How refreshing! more

Very fair, helpful and honest. 9/17/2015

I called because my furnace wouldn't turn on after problem solving. Nate came out and was very helpful. Of course everything worked and came on the second he hit the thermostat. He didn't try to sell me something just for the sake of making money. He did tell me I might need a new thermostat but isn't sure since it's working. I was happy to wait and see what happens over the weekend before replacing it. I have always had great service from this company. I have used the company since 2002 and haven't had any major problems with my furnace which they installed. more
