It was the first cold day of the season and sure enough, my furnace was dead and the heat wouldn't turn on. I called GORJANC based solely on their reviews on Angie's List, and within 2 hours I had an HVAC service technician at my house.
Mark was the technician who handled my problem. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem with my service in less than 5 minutes. I also mentioned 2 other smaller issues I had --- one with my air conditioning and another with my hot water tank --- and Mark was able to not only completely fix the furnace, but he also fixed the other 2 problems all in less than 3 hours, and that includes the it took for him to go get the parts that needed to be replaced.
I was happy to enroll in GORJANC's monthly service plan simply due to the satisfaction of their service, and the peace of mind that my HVAC will be in good hands going forward. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed if they hire GORJANC for their HVAC issues.
