When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that a technician was just finishing up a job in the area and could handle my service need today. Nate was at my home within 30 minutes. I was most impressed with his professional look, as well as his seeming knowledge of exactly what needed to be done and readiness to start. My previous experience was that a technician would come into and leave my home in under a half hour, leaving me wondering what they could have done in so short a time. Nate was at my home for more than one hour, and went over the worksheet in detail with me after he completed the work. How refreshing!
