Great Service! 8/4/2015

Justin gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. He slipped on shoe covers before entering my home. That was very considerate & thoughtful of him. He cleaned & checked my furnace. He provided me with a written report of the work performed. I feel confident that my furnace has been prepared to meet the cold temperatures this winter will bring. Thank you Gorjanc for hiring polite and competent individuals such as Justin Borer. more

technician came out to fix problem with air 7/28/2015

Justin was extremely informative and fixed our air conditioner for the hottest days of the summer! he was very professional and even took time to interact with our dogs. more

A?C Tune Up 7/22/2015

I don't like calling people out to the house for the simple fact they usually always inflate what was wrong and just say "replace the whole thing". However, I decided to give Gorjanc a try and I am happy I did. Our technician Nate Brewer was on time, friendly, and didn't try to get us to do anything unnecessary. He explained what was going on, what needed to be done, gave us options,and even took the time to answer questions I had unrelated to my A/C unit. First impressions are everything and lead to loyalty with us, thanks for a good experience! more

From prier experience with this company, I learned that they offer cheap clean and checks to get in your house to find multipe things wrong to scam you for money. They send there techs to schools that train them on how to up sell customers. I had them come to my house for a simple clean and check, they left me with a 1500 dollar to do list. I had a second opinion from another company and they were amazed with the amount of things they said I needed and the total price. That second company fixed only what was needed for 1000 dollars less. Don't trust any company that advertises themselves as " THE NO SUPRISE GUYS" more

Excellent 1/4/2015

Gorjanc was able to come to the West side and service my daughter's furnace. Mark did a great job!!! He found that their whole house humidifier had never been turned on. They did not know they had one! New owners. more

Nate is one of the best technicians I have ever had! 12/31/2014

Nate is always very thorough, timely, conscientious about his work. I have never had to clean up after him. He always explains exactly what he did and he reviews the diagnostic report explaining what it all means and how my equipment is holding up. I look forward to seeing Nate and would never ask for anyone else! He is the BEST!!!! more

Furnace Tuneup 12/10/2014

My technician, Mark Matsko, was simply outstanding. He performed the tuneup efficiently and thoroughly, and even examined my water heater. Mark did my A/C maintenance earlier this year and was just as impressive. (It's hard to believe that someone who looks so young can be so knowledgable.) The fact is, Gorjanc has been my only HVAC service provider for years, ever since the pump in my well went bad and they came out on an emergency basis and worked all day in miserable weather to get it going again. This is a terrific Company. more

Top service by your tecnitican 11/28/2014

I didn't know what to expect having my furnace cleaned and checked. Your service person Justin was very professional and explained all the areas that were to be checked. Luckily he found a cracked pipe that needed to be fixed. He found a replacement part and had my furnace up and running the same day. This is great when you have such knowledgeable service people. more

I am in the partner program and it is not only a deal, it is peace of mind. If I don't make my a/c or furnace check appointments they will call to remind me. Today Mark was here for a furnace check and he was prompt, thorough, and honest. He has done several of my checks and I've been happy with the service each time. more

The technician has been to my home twice. He is knowledgeable and very concerned about your comfort. He helped me select a new tank and explained the energy rebate program to me. He is very thorough and does not try to cut corners. He answers questions clearly. more

Excellent Service 10/3/2014

Although my serviceman was held up on his last job and arrived late in the afternoon, he would not be rushed into completing the work with anything but complete and professional workmanship. He went over all of the results in great detail and explained when in the future I might need work performed on my furnace. In no way did he suggest do anything unnecessary. I would not use anyone but Gorjanc in the future. more

Got a 2nd opinion and was so glad! 8/14/2014

My a/c recently quit and I had another company come out and look at it. After reviewing it, they said the best thing for me would to purchase both a new a/c and furnace because of the damage to both. This was roughly $6,000 and we couldn't just do it. We called Gorjanc for a 2nd opinion and price quote. They looked at the problems, found some other issues and their recommendations and fixes saved us from needing new units. Our furnace and A/C are running wonderfully now and their pricing was definitely competitive. So happy we called Gorjanc! more
