Our brand new air condition and heating unit went out for the third time since 2009, so it is not that old. We decided to go with Gorjanc co. this time for repairs. Nate.. the service rep. came, he figure out the problem, and repaired the problem in a very short time. The company had even call me to say he was running behind, I was just they call so I would not be pacing the the floor looking for him. I really like that, because a lot of companies don't do that they keep you waiting or don't even show up. thanks nate give him a raise.
