I was a little taken aback when Nathan appeared at my door today because I had made a specific request for a technician with whom I have developed a rapport and great trust. I felt bad that I said to Nathan, "I wasn't expecting you." He said the appointment could be rescheduled, but I said to just go ahead. (I hope I just sounded more surprised and disappointed. I hope I didn't sound irate, because I wasn't.) Anyway, Nathan proved to be another professional, top-notch technician who was very polite and told me what he was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed and asked for his supervisor's name so I could contact him/her to let him know how please I was with Nathan's service. I told Nathan that I would continue to ask for my the technician with whom I've dealt the longest, but wouldn't hesitate to have Nathan out if our regular could not make it.
