Golden Pilates is a wonderful place to take care of yourself in the Golden Community. I recently experienced a foot fracture and was able to continue to move and exercise in classes and private sessions because of the personal attention provided by the Golden Pilates Staff. The staff continually participates in training, and as a result I am always challenged to learn new and different concepts. I just finished a session and feel that I have awakened parts of my body that have been asleep for years! The studio is also a beautifully designed space that is peaceful, yet energizing. \r more

Superb Pilates Studio! 8/11/2011

This studio has it all! Excellent, thorough teachers ( I've worked with Karen and Dianne); stunning space, (VERY spacious and uplifting to the eye); great retail and convenient location to the metro area. I always leave knowing more about my body and how to train it, nourish it and balance it. As a dancer, I say enough about Golden Pilates. more

no more physical therapy 2/6/2011

I started at Golden Pilates as I ended my annual trek to Physical Therapy and waited for my insurance to kick in and pay for more. They asked me about my body and helped me modify exercises so that I could build strength without injuring myself. I am amazed at what I can do. I have focused mainly on mat classes as I can them try the exercises at home too. I find that I have the energy and motivation to work at home on it and the tips I get in the weekly class I attend keep me on target for continued improvement. I am off to snow shoe today, something at one point I wondered if I would ever do again. more

Great teachers at Golden Pilates 1/12/2011

Golden Pilates has great equipment, a pleasant space, but the real plus is excellent teaching. I have had classes from Dianne, Nicole and Karen who are all great. They are very good at recognizing correct and incorrect body positions for the greatest benefit and are able to give really good instructions to help you to improve. They are always very encouraging and yet push students to improve. more

Best Pilates Studio 8/26/2010

After trying several studios when I first began taking Pilates six years ago, I can say with assurance that Golden Pilates IS THE BEST! The instructors are by far the most knowledgable, focused people I have worked with, and even in a group class you are given individual attention. (Nothing seems to escape their eagle eye, even when you want it to!) :) I always feel safe and my (late 50s) body is stronger and healthier than before I began. more

Pilates in Golden 6/28/2010

Have been taking pilates mat classes at Golden Pilates since December 2009. Was skeptical on pilates at first, but it has been great for me. Has really helped me with my posture and flexibility. The instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. They do a lot of one-on-one work with you during classes, which is great. The facility is in a nice old building with a high ceiling, so it has a very spacious and open feeling. Lots of good equipment as well. Pros: Great instructors, lot of equipment, nice space more

Pilates Perfection 6/9/2010

Golden Pilates is located in a historic building in scenic downtown Golden, near all the great local shops, restaurants and activities. The studio has high ceilings, tall windows, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors, with a calm, clean feel. There are classes for all levels and facets of Pilates (Reformer, pole, chair, mat, etc.). The instructors each have their own distinct style, but they are uniformly excellent. I have learned and improved so much since I started taking classes there about three years ago. I would highly recommend Golden Pilates to anyone who is interested in beginning or continuing Pilates practice. Pros: Excellent instructors, great ambience, fun neighborhood more

Golden's Best Pilates 5/27/2010

I've been taking pilates mat classes here since the end of March 2010. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I started off taking one class a week and enjoyed it so much that I now go twice a week. I love that the class sizes are small. The place exudes a calm energy which is exactly what I was looking for.
