Review content:
After trying several studios when I first began taking Pilates six years ago, I can say with assurance that Golden Pilates IS THE BEST! The instructors are by far the most knowledgable, focused people I have worked with, and even in a group class you are given individual attention. (Nothing seems to escape their eagle eye, even when you want it to!) :) I always feel safe and my (late 50s) body is stronger and healthier than before I began.
