Review content:
Golden Pilates has great equipment, a pleasant space, but the real plus is excellent teaching. I have had classes from Dianne, Nicole and Karen who are all great. They are very good at recognizing correct and incorrect body positions for the greatest benefit and are able to give really good instructions to help you to improve. They are always very encouraging and yet push students to improve.
