I started at Golden Pilates as I ended my annual trek to Physical Therapy and waited for my insurance to kick in and pay for more.
They asked me about my body and helped me modify exercises so that I could build strength without injuring myself. I am amazed at what I can do.
I have focused mainly on mat classes as I can them try the exercises at home too. I find that I have the energy and motivation to work at home on it and the tips I get in the weekly class I attend keep me on target for continued improvement.
I am off to snow shoe today, something at one point I wondered if I would ever do again.
