I would like to start by saying that I love Gloss Salon & Day Spa. My husband & I went in for a couples massage & the massage therapists did a great job. My only complaints would be that the room was a little cold, and you could hear people walking around upstairs. It was a little hard to relax when you can hear loud footsteps above you. more

Wax 12/31/2011

I have gone to Angel several times to have waxing done, and she is great! I was new to waxing before I came to her, and she made me feel so comfortable! I was really late at my last appointment and she was still able to pull it off, still making sure I was happy with the service. Thanks so much! more

Hair Appointment 12/31/2011

Ericka is the young lady that has done my hair for the past few years at Gloss salon. She is an exceptional hair stylist and takes care of my hair needs very well. I am reluctant to brag about her too much in fear she will be inundated with customers and be impossible to get to see. But I am spreading the word in spite of that possible problem. She is fantastic at her job and you would be wise to make your next appointment with her. more

half off waxing special 12/27/2011

My technician was amazingly friendly and made me feel relaxed. I had never had my legs waxed before and unfortunately, I won't do it again. I have stubbly legs and my right knee was totally missed. I thought they'd be as smooth as if I had just shaved. I won't be investing in this type of luxury again. more

pedicure and manicure 12/27/2011

My feet and hands could not have been more winter tired and dry. I had the works on both,it is amazing how fast the texture improved. Angel was a doll, adding on some things for me after I decided to request more extensive things like the paraffin baths. Those were wonderful. My feet look summer ready, it really lifted my spirits. Thanks! more

I have been going to Gloss Salon for a couple of years now and I think they are a great. I usually get massages or reflexology massages. Both are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly.I started going there because they were close to where I worked but last year that changed but I will continue to go there because they are great. They have great specials. more

High Expectations - Disappointing Results 12/25/2011

My three children bought me a spa package consisting of an hour massage, pedicure and manicure. I was pleased with the massage but disappointed with the pedicure and manicure. There were areas on my toe nails and fingernails that were not painted. I was greatly disappointed with the results of the pedicure and manicure. more

I cannot believe that anyone can complain about this place. I am treated with the utmost respect and nicest hello by the front receptionist. Ericka is my stylist and is just the nicest person I've ever met. My hair is difficult to highlight and not once does she complain while doing it. I look fantastic when I leave there. I recommend Gloss Salon to friends all the time. Great place to go! more

My weekly experience 12/24/2011

My weekly experience is always awesome. The ladies at the reception desk are the best!! Kristi D. is my stylist and I could not ask for anyone more professional, pleasant and talented. I have never been so happy with my hair. Other services have been great also, including a massage from Sarah, that was the best. I look forward to many more visits to "Gloss" in the New Year!! more

I just recently moved to Omaha and I'm super picky about my hair stylist. A friend recommended Kayla to me and she does a wonderful job! I like changing my hair a lot and am somewhat impulsive when it comes to getting my hair done. Kayla comes up with great suggestions concerning color and cut every time I come in. If I don't like something she does, I can tell her and she works with me to make it perfect! Always walk out of the salon with a big smile and feeling great! :-D more

spa manicure 12/22/2011

It would like to suggest having the manicure room downstairs in the peaceful environment of the spa, where there's soft music, candles and tinkling water. The chair needs to be a bit higher so my arms are more comfortable. Also need to have a nail dryer and be able to sit a few minutes to allow the nails to dry completely before running out to the car. I felt rushed out the door. I scuffed up two nails as I was getting my seatbelt on. I had a very pleasant nail gal, comfortably visiting with me. In general, everyone at Gloss is very kind and accommodating, but this service should be improved. more

Kelly is always fabulous. I scheduled one more appointment before I move and will probably try to come back sometime to get a massage from her even after I move. I have recommended her to my sister and she seems to really like her too. more
