Haircut- 19th 12/20/2011

Jennifer has taken care of me and my hair needs since last fall.She does a nice job of stlying and answers any ? 's I may have.She is friendly, people oriented & also provides great hair services for the customers. My A#1 fave about Jen: her scalp massage while shampooing is heaven & it feels out of this world!It is a special part of the haircut experience I look forward to the most!! A Star performance. Jordan is the best with nails 12/20/2011

Gloss Salon is the Best in Omaha! 12/17/2011

It was hard finding a good hairdresser in Omaha when I first moved here because I had no clue where to even start. When a friend recommended Gloss I was skeptical, but now that I've been there many times, I know I've found the right place!! Megan does such an awesome job! I have been serreing her for awhile. I always enjoy my time and I am so relaxed when I leave. Plus my skin looks amazing and the waxes don't even really hurt. Always a bonus! more

Massage OK, but not memorable 12/15/2011

I thought the massage I received was OK, but not one that will make me come back. Most of the time I feel completely relaxed and don't want to move after a massage, but I didn't get that with this massage experience. The room was at the end of a hall and was very noisy; lots of banging around on the other side of the wall. It was merely an OK experience, but for massages, I will go elsewhere in the future. more

Paying more for levels 12/14/2011

A little disheartened to fine out that there will an extra $10 charge added on to a facial package because I chose a level 3 tech. I have a difficult time paying more because of your system. Because of my strong feelings I am looking elsewhere to do business. Also have a difficult time paying for a level 3 hairstylist and having her use a trainee to wash me out etc. If I paying those rates for her then she should be doing all the care. more

Angela is awesome! She can give a great deep-tissue massage to something more soothing and relaxing. Somehow an hours flies by but you leave relaxed and ready to come back for more! more

My hair stylists makes every experience at Gloss Salon & Day Spa a memorable one. We usually start by catching up on how our children are doing. She then listens as I explain any questions or frustrations with my hair. She always provides up and coming solutions and suggestions. She was very sweet and nice... Not pushy but did give me info on my feet and on the oil on how it help my body out... The place was pleaceful .. And the ladys at the front desk are right on it .. Didnt make you wait for them to talk with a friend... Just helped so I could pay my bill and then went back to talking and I thought that was so nice... The only thing I would say was it was a little dusty..When you are sitting and just looking around you see dust on the vases of dry flowers... but its not like its bad., more
