Great Appointment 1/8/2012

I having been going to see Colleen for a little over a year now. She is a GREAT esthetician. I have gotten bikini waxes, eyebrow waxes, lip waxes, facials, and spray tans all from Colleen. She is great at her job and the Gloss salon is a great environment. The music is very relaxing and the service is excellent! more

Where do I start!? I love Gloss Salon. It is my guilty pleasure. I receive a facial once a month. I leave feeling refreshed and feeling great. Angela is the greatest! I love her personal treatment. I would highly recommend any of the spa services! more

Carrie gives THE BEST massage. She's knowledgeable about the human body and can find the areas that need extra work. She's kind, responds to your needs and knows how much talk is appropriate. A+ more

I always enjoy my facials with Meghan. She's incredible. I wish I could afford to get a facial every week. I am a little disappointed in scheduling. I have been going to Meghan for awhile and I referred a friend to her. She received one facial with Meghan and then booked another appointment 2 months later. She received a call this past weekend from someone at Gloss telling her there was a scheduling error and she needed to be rescheduled. She had already turned down other things because she was looking forward to her facial. She told the person on the phone she was disappointed and so far she hasn't been rescheduled. I'll be very disappointed in Gloss if she ends up being forced to reschedule when she's had an appt for over 2 months. It's not her fault there is a scheduling error. more

Massage and complementary shampoo 1/2/2012

crystal did a very nice job on my upper body massage. Talk was minimal, which I appreciated. The spa was clean, quiet and tranquil. I then had a shampoo and style from Shannon, she also did a fine job, and styled my hair different than I usually do, but it was nice to see how someone else would style it. more

great customer service! 1/2/2012

i went in for the first time. i wasnt happy with the way the color turned out, cute was awesome! the manager called right away and understood. they reworked it and its amazing! the customer service was the best. i never felt awkward to letting them know it wasnt right and they never made me feel bad for being honest. i understand that sometimes it takes a few time before your new stylist gets to know your hair and so did they. they are excellent! more

The atmosphere was fine, but everytime I get a service here, it feels as though the girls are always trying to "upsell" you with their laminated pricing sheets; it is much too high-pressure, which is the last thing I want when I go to a salon to relax. My facial was ok, but the shellac manicure was disappointing. It would be better if nail technicians did manicures, not aesteticians who have extra time. The place has great potential. more

Had an amazing massage from Angela. The stress of the holidays led me to need a massage and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and relaxing. Heated table added to the experience for someone who gets cold easily like I do. Add a scalp massage...definitely worth it! more

Terrific treat 1/1/2012

Absolutely loved the morning at Gloss. The manicure and hand treatment was great, and the sugar scrub left my hands super soft. I love the fact that my daughter gave me a Mom and me day for Xmas and we had a great time chatting and pampering. Already have an appointment to return more
