It would like to suggest having the manicure room downstairs in the peaceful environment of the spa, where there's soft music, candles and tinkling water. The chair needs to be a bit higher so my arms are more comfortable. Also need to have a nail dryer and be able to sit a few minutes to allow the nails to dry completely before running out to the car. I felt rushed out the door. I scuffed up two nails as I was getting my seatbelt on. I had a very pleasant nail gal, comfortably visiting with me. In general, everyone at Gloss is very kind and accommodating, but this service should be improved.
