Haircut 2/8/2012

I always enjoy coming to the salon and spa. The greetings are welcomed and the services are awesome! This was my first experience in the salon and the hairstylist knew exactly what I wanted, it is good to know that the staff are paying attention to your needs. I would definitely recommend Gloss Salon and Spa! more

Very Satisfied Balding Red Head 2/6/2012

I had a massage scheduled for Saturday morning. I decided to see if I could get a haircut afterwards that I did not have scheduled, and they took care of it on the spot. Thank you for the assistance. Great experience 2/5/2012

I went in and saw Jordan and Kristi for the first time yesterday and had one of the best experiences at a salon ever. Both ladies are very good at what they do and very pleasant and professional. I loved how everything turned out and I will DEFINITELY be going back for more. :) more

Sarah is amazing. Does my hair exactly as I ask. Always friendly and upbeat. I look forward to my appointment, not just for the refreshed look I get but to see Sarah. Have many friends and family that also have started with Sarah and ALWAYS hear the same thing from them. She's the best! more

It is usually a really good experience and I do plan on going back. Last time I was there, I sat down to get my hair washed and the front of the basin as well as down the chair was covered with hair. I sat anyway, didn't want to be rude. Clean up more

Gloss Salon! 1/31/2012

I have been a client at Gloss Salon & Spa for a couple years now...and I love it! The receptionist/front desk person/people are always so nice and welcoming! I am always offered something to drink, which I love. I am also a big fan of confirming my appointment through text message. Plus my stylist Anna is wonderful, I could stay and talk with her and the staff for hours. Thank You Gloss, you all are wonderful! See you at my next appointment! more

I am new to Gloss, Mattie was suggested to me by my boss a few months ago and I will never go to anyone else, ever again. Mattie does amazing color and she has the ability to learn of and meet my needs at every visit. I get nothing but "WOWS" from my friends and even strangers after an appointment with her at Gloss. I am so grateful to have found her she's a gem, and the salon is efficient and on time and very accommodating. more

Satisfied Redhead 1/30/2012

I have always been treated with respect by people that care about their job and about me. Their attitudes promote a very comfortable atmosphere, and I try to get there as much as I can. I live by myself so it is quite an experience to be treated as well as I am when I am at Gloss, and I always look forward to it.
