I always enjoy my facials with Meghan. She's incredible. I wish I could afford to get a facial every week. I am a little disappointed in scheduling. I have been going to Meghan for awhile and I referred a friend to her. She received one facial with Meghan and then booked another appointment 2 months later. She received a call this past weekend from someone at Gloss telling her there was a scheduling error and she needed to be rescheduled. She had already turned down other things because she was looking forward to her facial. She told the person on the phone she was disappointed and so far she hasn't been rescheduled. I'll be very disappointed in Gloss if she ends up being forced to reschedule when she's had an appt for over 2 months. It's not her fault there is a scheduling error.
