I knew about Getzschmann through my mother and went to them to install a furnace and air conditioner. Customer service overall was great; they were very responsive and the guys who came completed the job really quickly. Their prices, compared to their competitors, are incredible. We had two bids and Getzschmann offered a price that was considerably lower, almost $7000 less than the other bid! The reason I'm not giving them a full five stars though is that I didn't hear back from the salesman right after the installation or even awhile after we had the furnace and air conditioner. I just expected to hear from him on how the experience went and what we thought. Overall, though, I am happy with how everything turned out and I would most definitely go back to them again!
