When I arrived for my appointment the level 3 stylist got my name wrong and did not apologize (which was rude). A lady walked by with what I wanted and I asked him if he could do it but in blue and he said yes. I wanted the blue to stand out not blended in since I have black hair (which is understandable). The stylist had no conversation with me. Burned my hair with the blow dryer several times. He came off as very arrogant and didn't seem to care. I kept asking during the procedure how to care for my new look and it was like pulling teeth. Plus I asked if I will need a hair cut afterward and he never said anything. The results was green not blue and blended in not popping (standing out). I was then asked to pay for my procedure - not offered a discount or a free haircut. Then they asked if I wanted to leave a tip (really). Front desk woman was snobby and rude when rescheduling my correction appointment over the phone. I feel bad writing this but people HAVE to know. Customer service and Professionalism should be a priority at least it is in my line of work and Gervais does not show it unless you look like you come from money. PS I make fantastic money but they don't know that. This is not the place for me! more

I did not realize how large this day spa was! The staff was friendly and I had a wonderful spa pedicure with massage and parrafin wax! My feet look and feel beautiful! Thank you for a relaxing hour!!! more

Every year I go in on my Birthday with my husband and get a side by side massage. We are treated like royalty and the massages are amazing!!!! I love Gervais!!! more

My massage was wonderful with Sarah and she is patient and understanding. However, it was freezing cold in the facility, which is difficult to relax in...too bad. more

My Massage Therapist did an excellent job. My only recommendation is to not use your 1st massage room for massage. It is hard to relax with the amount of noise that is heard in that room. I am sure it is just due to it being the closest room to the salon. Just a suggestion. more

By the evening after my manicure/pedicure may fingernails were full of bubbles in the polish. I probably should have come back in to show you but life is busy and so I didn't. The toenails didn't bubble as much but I think that the undercoat tht Jesse used must need to be replaced. I probably won't be in again for manicure/pedicure. My daughter really loves your establishment and has had many good experiences at Gervais. more

I think that Gervais Day Spa is wonderful. I wss greeted by a friendly staff and filled out the paperwork and offered a hot shoulder wrap and a cup of tea. My technician soon appeared and went went upstairs for my manicure and pedicure. Jesse prepared my nails and applied the prep,polish and top coat. I really enjoyed my spa experience for both the manicure and pedicure. Now, the bad part: my fingernail polish formed bubbles on all 10 nails. I don't know if it was old polish or the bottom or top coat but the nails are full of bubbles. Two of my friends told me to go back and complain but I really didn't have time as Monday is my only day for personal things. Not sure what to do except let you know so that no one else uses that color polish as it might do the same thing for the next client. more

We've been going to Gervais for several years now and are always treated like royalty, from the minute we walk through the door till it's time to leave. Lisa does our hair, color and cuts and we are complimented on it all the time. Have gotten to where we carry her cards because people stop us in stores, at the gym and about town to see who's done our hair! The entire staff is welcoming and kind. Complementary tea, warm neck wraps and friendly smiles are just a few of the special touches we appreciate. The massages are wonderful! Really can't say enough good things about the people and services they offer; we've never been disappointed! more
