I highly recommend Jessie, she is wonderful. She listens to what you want an delivers. Her hair and nails are superior to anyone else in the valley.

Worst

Overall, it was a nice experience. But by the time my masseuse put my feet in water, had me pick my favorite symbol, smell 3 scents... it was 10 minutes into my massage time. Then...

Kayla, the salon princess is the best hair stylist i've ever had. She really pays attention to the care of my hair and is really good at what she does. Gervais had a nice setup and is overall the best salon i've been too. more

Gina was my service provider. She was a lot different than other spa treatment providers than I've had in the past, but the way my day was going I needed a quirky person to cheer me up. She had COOL 103 playing in her facial room and I might have changed it but some very road-trip associated songs came on and I just had to laugh. And I love the tea you guys have. I wish I had left her a bigger tip...well, there's always next time! And my light blue nails do look really cute. :) more

Hair Savers!! 9/19/2011

I am new to the area and I received a terrible short haircut at another salon and called Gervais knowing that I could trust an Aveda Salon to fix it. I was given a last minute emergency appointment and Lisa did a fabulous job on my hair. I went in feeling frumpy and blah and left feeling fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will be back again and again! more
