I think that Gervais Day Spa is wonderful. I wss greeted by a friendly staff and filled out the paperwork and offered a hot shoulder wrap and a cup of tea. My technician soon appeared and went went upstairs for my manicure and pedicure. Jesse prepared my nails and applied the prep,polish and top coat. I really enjoyed my spa experience for both the manicure and pedicure. Now, the bad part: my fingernail polish formed bubbles on all 10 nails. I don't know if it was old polish or the bottom or top coat but the nails are full of bubbles. Two of my friends told me to go back and complain but I really didn't have time as Monday is my only day for personal things. Not sure what to do except let you know so that no one else uses that color polish as it might do the same thing for the next client.
