When I arrived for my appointment the level 3 stylist got my name wrong and did not apologize (which was rude). A lady walked by with what I wanted and I asked him if he could do it but in blue and he said yes. I wanted the blue to stand out not blended in since I have black hair (which is understandable). The stylist had no conversation with me. Burned my hair with the blow dryer several times. He came off as very arrogant and didn't seem to care. I kept asking during the procedure how to care for my new look and it was like pulling teeth. Plus I asked if I will need a hair cut afterward and he never said anything. The results was green not blue and blended in not popping (standing out). I was then asked to pay for my procedure - not offered a discount or a free haircut. Then they asked if I wanted to leave a tip (really). Front desk woman was snobby and rude when rescheduling my correction appointment over the phone. I feel bad writing this but people HAVE to know. Customer service and Professionalism should be a priority at least it is in my line of work and Gervais does not show it unless you look like you come from money. PS I make fantastic money but they don't know that. This is not the place for me!
