I highly recommend Jessie, she is wonderful. She listens to what you want an delivers. Her hair and nails are superior to anyone else in the valley.

Super Haircut and Color 7/17/2011

I have been going to Troy for 6 years exclusively. I get many compliments on my haircolor and my haircut. Even when I go down to visit my daughter in L.A., I get compliments!
