Very satisfied in the work performed there...honest and skilled mechanics and the entire staff is personable and willing to listen and then to make sure you are a happy customer when you leave the door. They make it a point to make sure your car is well taken care. I have always had very good service there and will continue to use them for both our cars. more

I'll preface this by saying they had done good work for me once before. That said, I will never take my car there again. They did some electrical work on my 240D and were very prompt about calling as other problems were discovered. When I got the car back, the stereo didn't work (it worked when I gave them the car). When I called to ask them to fix the stereo they had broken, they were less prompt about returning my call. When they did get around to calling me back, they told me it required a reset from a Mercedes dealer (not true) and they couldn't do it in the shop. Basically, collateral damage to the car incurred during repairs is not their problem because they don't fix stereos (airtight logic). I whined about it for a while and kept calling and eventually the owner of the shop got back to me (hence two stars instead of one) and said I could bring the car in the following week. Because going there again sounded like a waste of 3 hours of my life and another day or two without my car, I had my friend take a look at it. He took the stereo out and then hooked it up again. After that, it worked fine. I would recommend MBI Motors or Rip City Auto for better service, prices, and professional responsibility. more

Had an issue with my beloved VW Golf. Hated the dealership, they were dishonest and uber expensive. When we had an issue with an odd electrical smell in the car, I looked for options. German Formula has excellent reviews for a reason. They are friendly, super quick, well priced and they take that extra step to make you happy. Took the VW in yesterday for an oil change and part replacement to deal with the electrical issue. The bill came in under what I was quoted and they replaced the battery in my key (its been dead for 2 years & the dealership quoted $130 to replace the key) for a mere $10. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all at German Formula for taking the fear out of car maintenance/repair. more

I am a loyal customer of German Formula for 4 years now. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you at German Formula for the great job you have done to my Jetta. Modification with aftermarket parts are nightmare to most Mechanics; but with your experience and knowledge, you have once again made the nightmare to sweet dream. I am so glad that the one month long project includes fender flare, new paint job, and suspension upgrade was done within budget and time frame. The body work is flawless and the car runs perfect.
