Review content:
I'll preface this by saying they had done good work for me once before. That said, I will never take my car there again.
They did some electrical work on my 240D and were very prompt about calling as other problems were discovered. When I got the car back, the stereo didn't work (it worked when I gave them the car). When I called to ask them to fix the stereo they had broken, they were less prompt about returning my call. When they did get around to calling me back, they told me it required a reset from a Mercedes dealer (not true) and they couldn't do it in the shop.
Basically, collateral damage to the car incurred during repairs is not their problem because they don't fix stereos (airtight logic). I whined about it for a while and kept calling and eventually the owner of the shop got back to me (hence two stars instead of one) and said I could bring the car in the following week. Because going there again sounded like a waste of 3 hours of my life and another day or two without my car, I had my friend take a look at it. He took the stereo out and then hooked it up again. After that, it worked fine.
I would recommend MBI Motors or Rip City Auto for better service, prices, and professional responsibility.
