They got me in and out in the same day 1/28/2007

I am new to Portland, but need my BMW brakes checked soon. I called the local dealer and found no openings until next week. I used City Search to find a well reccomened service repair, German Formula. Stefan got me in the same day. I got a call by 3pm, that my car was ready. My car drives great. Thanks, Guys. more

They saved my car 1/18/2007

My car is a volkswagen new beetle. Last weekend, it broke down in the middle of Barbur Blvd because the axle fell out from the car. I called the toweling company and had them come to get the car. I called German Formula. They were not supposed to be open on Saturday, but they took it in anyways. They also helped me get a really good deal on renting a car from The Dollar Rental. My car was fixed two days later. The price was very fair and reasonable and people were so friendly and nice. I've been to a lot of car repair places, but at German Formula, I had the most wonderful experience. I really appreciate their help, and they are very professional and honest. more

best shop in portland 12/12/2006

I have been taking my car to this shop for the better part of 6 years and I have never once had anything less then extraordinary service from them. the management actually care about the customers and the mechanics are more then willing to explain any questions that may arise about your vehicle. They even give me a ride back home or to work when I needed to leave my car there for an extended period of time. There service and speed is beaten by no one and I highly recommend anyone to bring their car to German formula to experience the high level of customer service that is seldom seen in today?s mechanic shops Pros: speed, price, entire experince more

Dedicated Service 12/4/2006

This is a pretty good shop where I have had the pleasure of taking all of my BMW's for all of its service. I'm sure I've spent well over 10,000 in total over the years. Their quality of work is certainly sufficient. The mechanics will happily explain the service and any questions. The facility they occupy isn?t the best in the business but it is unquestionably adequate. However, I hear they plan to remodel shortly. If you want a place to take your vehicle where you don?t feel the overwhelming sense of a dealership, this is your place. more
