My wife and I had a really nice experience using this company. Our tech from Geeks on site helped me figure out how to better use my digital camera while repairing our home PC. We have joined their Geeks for Life program- seems like the smart thing to do so we do not have to start from scratch everytime we have an issue or even just a question about our PC. more

GOS- I was happy with results 9/28/2009

I called GOS because my computer was running very slow, and they said they could have the tech at my house that day, which they did. I was really happy with the service - I had to get a new hard drive- which the tech installed. I had no problems with the tech they sent. I will recommend them without reservations. Had simple electrical problem which they did not solve and advoided to return to correct, by offering return to my home at weird times--after 6pm or until 9pm on Sunday evening. They finally agreed 3 times to refund my repair fee---still waiting. Computer was repaired by my son (no computer repair experience) using computer help manuel to install a new power supply module. Cons: pick one more

Worst service ever. These people are incompetent 8/10/2008

I had a contract with these people and they kept billing me long after my service until I saw it on my credit card and stopped the payments. I spoke to the manager for a long period of time, a pleasant guy who was very helpful and got me good technicians. As soon as I couldn't contact hi8m anymore I would get these people on the phone who knew nothing. They came to two of my businesses several times and each time we had to explain to a different tech the same things over and over. They are hard to reach on the phone and if you don't get the right person you might as well throw your money in the toilet, I call Radiant Network Services now and they are incredible and 2/3 the price. These are the people that actually are sub contracted out from Geeks so you get techs for less. Thats another thing, they aren't local. They are based out of Florida some where so they hire sub contractors who have little or no experience. I got lucky and found their best and now they do all my repairs, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, call Radiant Network Services. Cons: Twice the price and you take a risk everytime you call...they are horrible. more

I know these people personally, management is located in Florida, the only people located here our there techs, who arent allowed to speak to eachother, Theyve ripped off elderly, people on fixed incomes, they're low life nothings. They dont pay there works either, ive meet one who was ripped off, and they refuse to pay him. If your look for good computer repair talk too GeeksAAllAAroundTown, they're one of the cheapest in the metroplex. more

Extremely poor customer service 11/2/2007

Geeks on site = poor customer service/satisfaction. I was in a crunch to get my computer fixed, so I called them; big mistake. It took them three days to get a part for my computer, and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. The technician didn't even look at the computer components to determine the right part. When I asked for my $99 (for ""diagnostic"")back, they didn't respond, They are not even at the address that you see above, so I believe that they have to keep moving around to avoid other angry customers. I wouldn't even consider them if you need to have your computer repaired. A huge rip-off!!!! Pros: initially responded quickly Cons: service is poor more

I am a survivor of hurricane Katrina that hit New Orleans, after lousing nearly everything I owned I called G.O.S"" and informed them of my situation and of a computer I wanted to have looked at. After telling them my story along with their knowledge the computer had been wet and now smelled of mold and mildew, I was told it could be repaired! Not only is my computer not working, I was told by a 2nd technician from G.O.S, my computer should have never been worked on to start with! I called the manager Mike, for a refund, I have yet to here back from managment and still no computer! If this is how G.O.S. treat people after being in their home and seeing they have lost everything, than how do they treat everyone else? Shame on Geeks on Site!!! more
