I am a survivor of hurricane Katrina that hit New Orleans, after lousing nearly everything I owned I called G.O.S"" and informed them of my situation and of a computer I wanted to have looked at. After telling them my story along with their knowledge the computer had been wet and now smelled of mold and mildew, I was told it could be repaired! Not only is my computer not working, I was told by a 2nd technician from G.O.S, my computer should have never been worked on to start with! I called the manager Mike, for a refund, I have yet to here back from managment and still no computer! If this is how G.O.S. treat people after being in their home and seeing they have lost everything, than how do they treat everyone else? Shame on Geeks on Site!!!
