I had a contract with these people and they kept billing me long after my service until I saw it on my credit card and stopped the payments. I spoke to the manager for a long period of time, a pleasant guy who was very helpful and got me good technicians. As soon as I couldn't contact hi8m anymore I would get these people on the phone who knew nothing. They came to two of my businesses several times and each time we had to explain to a different tech the same things over and over. They are hard to reach on the phone and if you don't get the right person you might as well throw your money in the toilet, I call Radiant Network Services now and they are incredible and 2/3 the price. These are the people that actually are sub contracted out from Geeks so you get techs for less. Thats another thing, they aren't local. They are based out of Florida some where so they hire sub contractors who have little or no experience. I got lucky and found their best and now they do all my repairs, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, call Radiant Network Services. Cons: Twice the price and you take a risk everytime you call...they are horrible.
