We were devastated by our computer crash. We thought we had lost all our important information and precious pictures, etc. We were relieved when we were talking to Joseph. He was very confident and reassuring about fixing our problem with the P.C. and most of all most patient with us. We will certainly recommend your services to our friends and family. I am impressed and amazed. Without leaving my home these professionals took control of my computer and fixed my computer , my Fax could not send or receive and the scanner which never worked is working. The phone company came out ( Cable ) and they stated all they know about the computer and fax is how to hook it up. It never worked after they "" hooked it up"" I am sure I messed up many things on the computer in my ""attempts "" Thank you Geeks on site-. I will call you first and refer you to all the people I know who need your expertise. I have no complaints only praise for your hard work and your ability to resolve my multitude of issues. Thank you for your patience with me. more

How great is this not only is there a reasonable price, but you dont have to take your computer in and wait for 3-14 days to get it back. Its all done in a matter of hours in your own home! You guys rock!! Thanks for all your help more

I love being able to walk away and let someone else fret about my computer and any problems it may be having. Also, your representative inquired about how I liked my Avira Antivirus as the technician was setting up to take over my computer. When I expressed the concern that last time my computer was cleaned, you found 91 viruses(!!!), a new free antivirus was offered. I feel like you are keeping me up-to-date and watching out for my best interests. more

last minute help! 8/13/2010

I had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to share it with everyone. I needed to burn some projects for school and realized my dvd burner wasn't working. I called the geeks and they were able to send a technician the same day and he was able to fix it! Needless to say.... I am VERY PLEASED and will call them again. The tech they sent was very knowledgeable, I will definitely call to get him again. more

Geeks on site sent me a great tech that was able to help me with my virus problems. We also wanted to modify our son's computer so that he can play games and the tech gave us suggestions and price quotes. I will be calling geeks on site and will request that technician to work on my son's computer for his bday. Thank you! Pros: Technician was able to help and give me great suggestions more

Could not be any more pleased 4/7/2010

I was having problems with my hard drive and the technician they sent me was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. A backup was done and he explained to me all the steps he was taking and why. He also suggested that I backup my files regularly to avoid problems like this one in the future. He was able to get my computer up and running and even gave me a tutorial on how to clean up unwanted files. I also signed up for their monthly service. Pros: Very nice technician and knowledgeable more

I have had a great experience with Geeks On Site ! The technician that visited me was very pleasant and helpful. I had problems with my home network and he was able to get it all done very quickly. I also signed up for this plan they have for monthly tune ups and unlimited assistance, if needed. The good thing is that they also send me coupons and discounts just for being a member and I can send them to my friends and my family. Would definitely recommend it!
