I love being able to walk away and let someone else fret about my computer and any problems it may be having. Also, your representative inquired about how I liked my Avira Antivirus as the technician was setting up to take over my computer. When I expressed the concern that last time my computer was cleaned, you found 91 viruses(!!!), a new free antivirus was offered. I feel like you are keeping me up-to-date and watching out for my best interests.
