I am impressed and amazed. Without leaving my home these professionals took control of my computer and fixed my computer , my Fax could not send or receive and the scanner which never worked is working. The phone company came out ( Cable ) and they stated all they know about the computer and fax is how to hook it up. It never worked after they "" hooked it up"" I am sure I messed up many things on the computer in my ""attempts "" Thank you Geeks on site-. I will call you first and refer you to all the people I know who need your expertise. I have no complaints only praise for your hard work and your ability to resolve my multitude of issues.
