Joe was GREAT. He put together the best deal I was offered out of several different dealers in the area. We looked at several different 2011 Sonata GLS demo's on the lot and he showed he was knowledgeable and spent time going through different vehicles with me to make sure I got the right one for me. When I came in to pick up the car everything was ready and Joe took the time to walk me through the dealership and service and meet the staff that I will be dealing with when I bring the car in for servicing. All in all I am VERY HAPPY with the Car and the dealership and will recommend both to the people I know. more

Very Curteous and Professional 10/6/2010

Mr. Weisner was very courteous and professional. While he was very attentive to our needs and wants, we did have to wait to finish signing the paperwork to complete the sale. I wish that wait could have been eliminated. I aslo wanted an amortization schedule so I could follow and possibly make additional payments to pay off the car quicker. But there seemed to be some confusion over getting that to me. So in summery, I have no cmplaints about Mr. Weisner, but I wish some of the paperwork would he been quicker to complete. more

Jim at Gartner Buick was beyond helpful....?? 10/3/2010

I have not bought a car in awhile and was looking for a car which was affordable and because I am a big guy both around and tall I was also looking for a car which fit me. I initially went through internet sales that placed me in Jim’s good hands when I arrived at the dealership. Jim explained that the Sonata was probably my best choice and had me test drive one. I was impressed with many of the cars features from roomy interior and trunk space, to XM/Sirius radio, Bluetooth connectivity, alloy wheels, and gas mileage. I also liked the metal flake in the paints finish. Also a welcome surprise was that the car was built in Alabama where another car is looking at was built in Mexico. Sitting down and talking with Jim I didn’t have to negotiate a best price he gave it to me the first time. The deal was better than any other dealer who had initially gave a high deal even with rebates it just goes to show how much the Gartner dealership wants your business. Jim was a terrific salesperson. Very patient, provided great detail, and spent time going over the figures and this was even before I decided to buy the car. I E-mailed Jim several questions which he promptly answered as I was weighing my decision. When I did decide to buy the car Jim made suggestions on how to keep the process streamlined so I did not have to spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork. Jim took his time showing me the features of the Sonata, showing the engine area where various items were like dipstick, windshield washer fluid, etc. Jim even setup my phones Bluetooth to work in the car and assisted in transferring stuff out of my old car into my new car. In all I was very impressed with Jim as a salesperson for Jim took his time and was never pushy . more

Amazing experience and customer service 9/28/2010

The Hyundai vehicle I purchased is amazing! I can't believe what a nice car it has been so far. Although the car is wonderful to drive and look at, my best experience has been the customer service I have received at Gartner. Jason was extremely helpful immediately. Although I just met him, he made me feel like he knew me for years. I will always visit Gartner first for my car needs. more

Just bought a new 2011 Sonata. Went shopping at a few places and was told to get my best deal and Gartner would beat it. Got a fantastic deal and had a great, low pressure buying experience. This is the 2nd car I've bought at Gartner for a reason. more

Excellent Process 9/14/2010

This past summer we purchased two new cars from Hyundai. As a previous Hyundai owner we were compelled to purchase a Hyundai again. Throughout the process Mike Miranda has been excellent. He let's you work at your own pace and was never pushy. Not to be forgotten is Nelson the sales manager. He really went the "extra mile" to find our Sonata. If you are in the market for a new car please give Mike Miranda and Hyudai in Aurora a chance to earn your business. more

FIXED THE PROBLEM 9/12/2010

I LEARNED THAT THE ORIGINAL CAR I WAS TO PURCHASE HAD THE FRONT WHEEL DAMAGED BEFORE I CAME IN TO FINALIZE THE SALE. THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR LIKE IT SO I PURCHASED THAT ONE INSTEAD. HOWEVER, THE FRONT BUMPER WAS DAMAGED ON IT. I ASKED PHIL AND DAVE TO FIX IT AND THEY AGREED. AS I WRITE THIS IT IS BEING PUT INTO SERVICE FOR REPAIR. I CAN'T COMMENT YET ON THE WORK, BUT WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE ANOTHER EVALUATION AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED. more

I CALLED THE GARTNER DEALER ON MONDAY NIGHT TO GET QUOTES ON AN ACCENT. THE GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND TOOK MY QUOTES WAS ALEX, AND HE WAS VERY HELPFULL. I CAME IN THE NEXT THURSDAY NIGHT TO MAKE A DEAL. I HAVE SHOPPED AT PUGI IN DOWNERS GROVE AND HAPPY HYUNDAI IN OAK LAWN FOR QUOTES ON THE ACCENT SE. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE BEST PRICE HERE IN GARTNER, AS THE SALESMEN MATCHED THE PRICE FROM THE OTHER DEALERS. MICHAEL WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND HELPFULL. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THAT I ASKED VERY WELL. HE WORKED EVERYTHING OUT FOR ME AND LAYED OUT SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR ME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HERE, THE SALES TEAM IS VERY RESPECTABLE AND KIND. THEY SURE KNEW HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOMER FEEL AT HOME. really good decision 8/25/2010

I drive with hand controls, so I rely on the “sales person” for taking me for a test drive, describing to me the driving experience and the finally getting my car outfitted with hand controls. During the test drive, Michael and I talked the adaptive equipment requirements and when we got back to the dealership, he wrote down all my exact needs and admitted this was his first time dealing with “hand controls”. It didn’t stop him! He got all information on who would do the work; got the paperwork so I could take advantage of the Hyundai Mobility Program and then started to work on getting my new car ready for me to drive. Michael worked with Mobility Works and coordinated getting my car outfitted with the appropriate equipment. There was a bit of delay in “buying” my car and actually driving away in my new car. The specific hand controls were back ordered, but Michael would touch base and each time end the call with” I can’t wait to get you into your new car!” I am really happy with my 2011 Sonata, really good decision! Going to Gartner to buy my new Sonata, really good decision! Having Michael Miranda on the Gartner Team, really good decision! more
