Review content:
I drive with hand controls, so I rely on the “sales person” for taking me for a test drive, describing to me the driving experience and the finally getting my car outfitted with hand controls. During the test drive, Michael and I talked the adaptive equipment requirements and when we got back to the dealership, he wrote down all my exact needs and admitted this was his first time dealing with “hand controls”. It didn’t stop him! He got all information on who would do the work; got the paperwork so I could take advantage of the Hyundai Mobility Program and then started to work on getting my new car ready for me to drive. Michael worked with Mobility Works and coordinated getting my car outfitted with the appropriate equipment. There was a bit of delay in “buying” my car and actually driving away in my new car. The specific hand controls were back ordered, but Michael would touch base and each time end the call with” I can’t wait to get you into your new car!” I am really happy with my 2011 Sonata, really good decision! Going to Gartner to buy my new Sonata, really good decision! Having Michael Miranda on the Gartner Team, really good decision!
