I LEARNED THAT THE ORIGINAL CAR I WAS TO PURCHASE HAD THE FRONT WHEEL DAMAGED BEFORE I CAME IN TO FINALIZE THE SALE. THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR LIKE IT SO I PURCHASED THAT ONE INSTEAD. HOWEVER, THE FRONT BUMPER WAS DAMAGED ON IT. I ASKED PHIL AND DAVE TO FIX IT AND THEY AGREED. AS I WRITE THIS IT IS BEING PUT INTO SERVICE FOR REPAIR. I CAN'T COMMENT YET ON THE WORK, BUT WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE ANOTHER EVALUATION AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED.
