We are so happy we went with Garrett Orthodontics. All along the way they were professional, friendly and efficient! Dr. Garrett runs a very organized office with the help of many lovely ladies who truly seem to love their jobs! Even on the off days they would come in to clip a wire so he didn't have to deal with it through the weekend. Corey is very happy that the estimated time that he would have his braces on was spot on! more

You all are the best! Aside from the results - which are fantastic and progressing nicely, each of you are a great team member! Everyone is friendly, greets me and other patients upon arrival, facilities are always clean and attractive, nice waiting area, very relaxing, technicians are friendly, professional and highly skilled. between them and Dr. Garrett, I'm always informed about what's about to happen, how things are progressing, and next actions. I like this aspect of being informed and a "partner" in the process! Great lcoation - adequate parking on the street and nearby, attractive rooms throughout your office, wonderful folks at the front desk. Couple ideas - have each of the technicians introduce themselves upon greeting / escorting the patient to the back and once in the chair, let patient know in general or specific terms what they're going to do. Since this is along process, perhaps the technicians (as their capacity allows) and doctor could provide a brief update as to how things are progressing, what's on the horizon, etc. Kind of like periodic mileposts along a lengthy road trip - each sign being an affirmation we're making progress towards our goal, we're on course, the end is (eventually) in site, etc. Billing - it seems I'm often late making the payment - perhaps I'm missing the notice? I've budgeted for this monthly expense so paying for it is not a problem. To help me remember, I've now addressed and dated several envelopes - one for the first of each of the successive months to come, so when I pay bills, these envelopes serve as a reminder to make payment. All in all, fantastic! Wonderful experience! The Best! Love it! Braces are all new to me - and its been and continues to be a very positive experience! I hate to give a bad review, but I still feel uncomfortable when Kathy is the one working on me. She fumbled putting my wires back on, she had to do my impressions twice, and she made my lips bleed because she stretched my lips so far getting the tray out of my mouth.. Not a huge deal, but like I said - uncomfortable. On a positive note, she offered me to brush and floss with my wires off, which was AWESOME. She's also very friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Since I have been coming here, it has been an overall good experience. more
