I hate to give a bad review, but I still feel uncomfortable when Kathy is the one working on me. She fumbled putting my wires back on, she had to do my impressions twice, and she made my lips bleed because she stretched my lips so far getting the tray out of my mouth.. Not a huge deal, but like I said - uncomfortable.
On a positive note, she offered me to brush and floss with my wires off, which was AWESOME. She's also very friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Since I have been coming here, it has been an overall good experience.
