We were welcomed the moment we walked through the door. Everyone was very helpful. Dr. Garrett explained things thoroughly and came up with a plan that was less invasive and made more sense to me than our previous orthodontist. My son is ten years old and felt very comfortable. Liz walked us through the cost and worked out a payment plan for us. We are very pleased with our experience! more

I have been going there for years. They did my braces when Dr. D was still there and I just went back the other day for a repair on my retainers. It was so nice to see the same awesome and familiar faces I saw for so many years, as well as several friendly knew ones. That office still has more of a family feel than a staff feel and I would recommend them to anyone. I continue to get complimented on my amazing teeth as well! They are efficient, friendly and effective! more

My son has been a difficult patient, and the staff have been positive and kind in guiding him through the process of taking care of his braces. They have all been kind a positive to me, a stressed parent of a teenager. I applaud the professionalism in the practice, and the genuine good feeling given out by all the staff. more

Staff is consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Treatment plans/goals were explained clearly. My daughter was treated with kindness and staff explained to her expectations and reasons for following through with recommendations (i.e. wearing head gear and retainer). more

I have had two of my children in braces and I have to say that Dr. Garrett and his staff are superb. The front office is so friendly and always willing to help. His technicians are so knowledgeable and gentle and always smiling. We have been patients for the last two years and I feel that the treatment my children received is top notch. Dr. Garrett takes the time to assess your particular needs and has forward thinking on treatment options. A special mention to Liz for always going above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. In addition, my youngest can't wait to get braces, so to me, that says it all. Thank you for always taking such great care of your patients, we appreciate it. more
