Garrett orthodontics' staff is extremely courteous and compassionate to all their patients. Myself, a patient who did not want to experience braces has a had a great experience with the doctor and staff, with an excellent outcome from the treatment planned by the Dr. Garrett. more

Your office staff have always been very helpful and welcoming. As far as the appointments that my son has had I think it would be very helpful to make sure the parent knows of any problems that are going on (like broken brackets). Being that my kid is a teenager, he is not yet responsible enough to enlighten me on things he is not doing correctly as far as his braces go. more

I have nothing bad to say about my experience over the past year with braces. Dr. Garrett has his office running smoothly and on time. I never had to wait over my appointment time nor spend time in a chair waiting for the doctor to see me. Staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to answer all my questions. more

Dr. Garrett must be the kindest and most professional orthodontist in the country! I have encountered several orthodontists in three states and none half as kind and professional as him. The team is equally kind, patient, capable. The facilities are clean, fun, elegant. I had the greatest experience ever, hands down. You will not regret your decision. more

Your office staff are so friendly & professional. They do their best to fit us in when there are "hardware " issues not during our regularly scheduled appointments. Dr Garrett or his staff always explains things thoroughly. Appointments are always kept on time. more
