I have to say, I drove for 2hrs to buy a car from this place, my dealings here were great! My problem is the 09 Ford Focus I bought has had so many problems. its on its 2nd set of tires, getting ready for its third at 37,000 miles... the Sync, Pcm, motor mounts all replaced. The car sounds like it needs shocks it has had so much more and I have to say this car is the worst thing I have ever bought, prier I had a 07 Mustang which I should have kept because I didn't have one problem with it.l... I have sent letters, emails everything I could think of to get help but its like Ford doesn't care. I tried to trade it in and they wouldn't give me hardly anything for it because its noted in there computers as a problem. Well, duh its a problem you sold me!
