I have been looking at buying a truck forever!!!! And after being rejected twice outside of a dealership I WAS FRUSTRATED. I went on craigslist to try and find a cheap truck to haul stuff as I figured my husband and I could never afford another vehicle even though we needed one. I found a great Toyota Tacoma on craigslist for $7900 and thought I should check it out it was a 2002 with 200k miles on it. I called Brian Arruda who posted the ad told him our financial situation and he was very kind in explaining to us that they probably could not get it financed for us. But he would look around and call us back to see if there was any truck in our monthly price range and down payment that would suite us. Let me tell you that BRIAN IS AWESOME!!!!!!!! He took the time to search all the lots for what we need and he came out shinning like a star, I have never had such a helpful honest sales person who was willing to hear exactly what I needed what I wanted and did not try to sell me something that was an upsell or not what I wanted. He even offered to help us on one of the busiest sales day of the year to just see what we could qualify for and he even told us upfront that it would be tough to get what we wanted, but if something didnâ??t work out today he would continue working for us to find our perfect fit. Well he did!!!! By leaps and bounds he found us the deal of the week that no other sales associate knew about and when we bought it every sales person was mad about it. He got us a 2006 ford range with only 18k miles on it in our price range with no down payment!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR TALK TO BRIAN ARRUDA. Let him know exactly what you want and need and everything and he will find it for you, I am in sales and he is one of the best customer service sales persons I know. also I have to say Justin mccllend the sales manager was awesome too, no gimmicks , no trying to convince you straight forward and extremely helpful through the whole process, he also took the time to explain to us the features on the car which I have never seen a sales manager do. rodney our finance guy was also great; you know how they take you to the finance area to try and sell you all the extras like alarms and warranties; he took the time to hear what we wanted and only suggested what he thought we would be interested in and there was absolutely no pressure no sob stories completely professional and worked out what we wanted. I must say I have bought 3-7 cars including helping friends and this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review, because people should come here if they want a clean friendly non pressure giving you what you want experience.
