Love Friendly Plumber!! 1/27/2017

If you are in the market for a new furnace, these guys are the bomb!! Long story short, at 8:00 pm Thursday I was told I needed $2,000 in repairs to my current non-working furnace, or I needed to replace it. As of today at 5:00 pm I have a new furnace complete with a 10-year warranty parts and labor thanks to Friendly. They are great to work with and gave me a great deal! Jarom came out first and was a great first impression of this company. He got the wheels rolling and in a few hours, Justin and a co-worker were installing the new furnace. They both left me their personal cell phone numbers to call if I had any problems. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone! more

The two guys that came to make the estimate were very professional, polite, clean (wore protective covers on their shoes), and knowledgeable. However, I was supposed to get a $20 Amazon gift card and have yet to see it. more

Not 100% pleased 1/12/2017

I felt technician lacked competence. The water was not shut off when the work was done and a bad valve meant that water continued to leak unnoticed by the technician from a feeder hose while the repair was progressing, causing damage to the basement ceiling and an unnecessary water spill between floors of my home. Even after this leak was pointed out to the technician, he still didn't turn the water supply off or investigate why the water was still running. This accident was partly caused by the bad valve and partly by the technician's incompetence. It took the technician over five hours to replace a single faucet, and I had to stop the repair and suggest corrections to the work being done. more

The service from Friendly Plumber was very good. 1/5/2017

I usually use Hartman for my plumbing needs, however they recommended Friendly Plumber. I wasn't sure what kind of service this company would provide. I was pleasantly surprised by the two technicians who came to my home to fix the problem I was having with the plumbing. Wes arrived and wasted no time in determining what the problem was, how to fix it, the cost, and the time it would take. He began work immediately, then said he would bring another technician with him the next day and get the job completed. Wes brought Jason with him and the two of the worked very hard and kept me posted as to what was happening. The plumbing problem was taken care of, Wes and Jason were very friendly and I was pleased with their work. When it came time to pay the bill there was no unexpected add ons as often happens with some companies. Any of my future plumbing problems will be handled by Friendly Plumbers--as Wes and Jason made that name stand out with their professional friendliness. Thank them for me. Regards, Bob Foster more

Wes came and answered my questions, adjusted the temperature control in the shower and cleaned the tub drain (showed me how to do it in the future). more

Happy & Warm 12/17/2016

My filter went loose in my furnace, so I went without heat over Thanksgiving weekend. I called first thing on Monday and was able to schedule an apt the following day that worked with my schedule. I'm sure if I requested service same they would accommodate. The repairman was very straight forward and explained in detail my status of my furnace. I didn't feel pressured, however gave me options to think about. Thumbs up service. more

Jerry was great to work with. He is very friendly and explained everything as he went. He honored the work I wanted performed and even had some recommendations for future projects. He also found a leak in was unaware of and was able to fix it as well. He made to project fit with my work schedule. I will definitely use Friendly Plumber in the future and would recommend them to people who have plumbing needs. more

Bid and Service 11/29/2016

Gage came out and did a furnace tune-up and he did a great job no complaints. I am a preferred customer. Chad came out to give me a bid on a water heater and water softener he was polite and knowledge he gave me a bid that was FSP ( Factory Subjected Price) which was super high I let Chad know I was getting other bids. I asked Chad if they beat the competitor by 10% like I was told when I took out the service agreement he said he did not know but would get back with me and he has not gotten back with me. I am disappointed because he gave me the FSP price instead of the best bid possible so I am a little disappointed in that and the fact Chad did not get back with me I feel the preferred customer does not mean much. more

Plumbing issue was an emergency to begin with and got worse during the investigation when an old globe valve broke instead of reopening. Friendly Plumbing did a great job finding a new valve and installing it quickly so we could get the water back on for our owners/renters. more

I got a feeling of integrity from the two guys that showed up to give a bid. They were thorough in checking out my problem, and helpful in giving advice on what I needed to do, and what I could get away with not doing right now, or ever. They didn't try to sell me on a service. I will call them in the future. more
