Review content:
I usually use Hartman for my plumbing needs, however they recommended Friendly Plumber. I wasn't sure what kind of service this company would provide. I was pleasantly surprised by the two technicians who came to my home to fix the problem I was having with the plumbing.
Wes arrived and wasted no time in determining what the problem was, how to fix it, the cost, and the time it would take. He began work immediately, then said he would bring another technician with him the next day and get the job completed. Wes brought Jason with him and the two of the worked very hard and kept me posted as to what was happening.
The plumbing problem was taken care of, Wes and Jason were very friendly and I was pleased with their work. When it came time to pay the bill there was no unexpected add ons as often happens with some companies. Any of my future plumbing problems will be handled by Friendly Plumbers--as Wes and Jason made that name stand out with their professional friendliness. Thank them for me.
