Gage came out and did a furnace tune-up and he did a great job no complaints.
I am a preferred customer.
Chad came out to give me a bid on a water heater and water softener he was polite and knowledge he gave me a bid that was FSP ( Factory Subjected Price) which was super high I let Chad know I was getting other bids. I asked Chad if they beat the competitor by 10% like I was told when I took out the service agreement he said he did not know but would get back with me and he has not gotten back with me.
I am disappointed because he gave me the FSP price instead of the best bid possible so I am a little disappointed in that and the fact Chad did not get back with me I feel the preferred customer does not mean much.
