I must tell you that I was a little skeptical at first to use Freight Center. My 11 year olds company (Guiltless Giving) had yet to use a freight company for shipping and this would be our first experience. It was a Sunday morning when I was searching for a freight company to use and I had a lot of questions. I dialed a few phone numbers and found that most freight companies are not open on Sundays. I’m totally cool with not working on Sunday, yet, I had a lot of questions and needed to ship the following day. The only company that answered their phone on Sunday was Freight Center. Allen, my customer support guru, answered the phone (I hope it’s ok to say his name). He answered every single question I had and them some. He was patient and understanding. He sent me a check list of what I needed to do, where to get pallets, plastic wrap, how to pack items etc. Allen also told me that I could call anytime if I had additional questions. I called back two more times on Sunday. Finally, Monday arrives and our order was ready to ship with two crates & 1500 pounds full of hygiene kits to ship out to homeless Veterans. I emailed Allen our specs, he emailed me 3-4 options on prices, delivery etc. I confirmed via phone and email who I would like to use. By 3pm there was an 18 wheeler at our door to pick up my 11 year olds first freight shipment! Yes indeed, the same day! Then, the anticipation overwhelmed me. What if the boxes get damaged along the way??? Three days later (one day earlier than expected) the shipment was received by our clients. There was one box that was damaged (items in the box were not damaged) out of 40 which to me was nothing short of a miracle. \r

Both my son and I would recommend Freight Center. The customer service was first class, the process was made easy, the shipment was early and the damaged box was just that, one box. \r
