First and last time i use this booking company, I had 3 shipments 3 Bols they decided to combine 2 together after pick up as they were going to the same address. So that made it look like 1 of the bols was overweight. Guess what happed next after they completely messed us a simple order i got charged and additional 370.00 and they tried to pass the blame on to the carrier. There records show only 2 out of 3 of my delivery were ever picked up shipped and delivered yet they charged me an additional 370.00 after 2 months of phone calls and email to there Quality staff i have yet to get the non delivered items shipping refunded.
Im sure they have had many satisfied customers but if there is one mistake made by them on paperwork your out the money thats the bottom line.
