WOW! Person I was dealing with was not very ""Bright"" kept changin my rates etc.. seemed as if he did not even know how to do his job. it was a BAD experience. Truck never showed up I was forced into calling another service to transport my goods for a trade show THANK GOODNESS they had a VERY great staff who walked me through EVERYTHING FreightCenter wanted me to sign and fax things back and forth when this othre comapny has a great electronical signature program I did not even have to leave my computer and my shipmnet was SMOOTH! I am a frequent shipper and another company has gained my business due to the LACK of customer service and not to mention THE HIGH PRICES! I got my shipment for $800 CHEAPER! FREIGHT CENTER should be ashamed of themselves for the prices they charge! \r
Im not going to list the other company on here BUT if anyone WANTS to know I will definatly let them!\r
