Carrier did not show for pick up after a 3 hour wait and multiple phone calls to Freight Center where I was assured that all was as scheduled. Finally got a broker to call the carrier and was told they were not going to show and no guarantee they would show the next day either. Then I placed multiple phone calls and voice mails to original sales broker, his supervisor and customer service - I was left on hold multiple times, left Voice mail that went unanswered and no call backs at all until the following morning. I sent email to cancel the order and when I connected with the original broker the following morning I was told I could only cancel online and that email or voice request would not suffice to cancel. I checked the online cancel and by reading the fine print I found that if I cancelled online I would be agreeing that Freight Center could keep 5% of the order even though the carrier had not showed and the shipment did not actually happen!! - I checked my credit card and found that Freight Center had already debited my credit card for the FULL amount the evening before. I contacted my credit card to dispute - what a mess - HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in my case.
