Contacted Freedom through the internet and received a prompt phone call next morning. My sixteen year old heat pump was freezing up. Mr. Busby arrived at our scheduled time and went to work. After checking the unit out, Mr. Busby pointed out the problem areas he found and informed me as to the cost for parts and labor all up front. That was the good news, the bad news was that the unit was just done. Rusted base and parts, connectors rusted out, and a compressor that you could hear from down the road. Mr. Busby told me my options and added input. Instead of putting good money into an outdated and quite worn out unit, based on the information given, I will be replacing this heat pump with a more energy efficent, reliable one in the near future.
